{"id":507,"date":"2014-08-20T00:55:35","date_gmt":"2014-08-20T00:55:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nauticatv.ro\/site\/?p=507"},"modified":"2016-04-14T09:46:51","modified_gmt":"2016-04-14T09:46:51","slug":"cu-apolodor-spre-kaliakra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nauticatv.ro\/?p=507","title":{"rendered":"Cu Apolodor spre Kaliakra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Regatei\u00a0 interna\u0163ional\u0103, mo\u015fit\u0103 cu un an \u00een urm\u0103\u00a0 de mai mul\u0163i entuzia\u015fti rom\u00e2ni \u015fi bulgari, cu ocazia Cupei Dobrogei, la veliere sportive mici, a ajuns la soroc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Marina Eforie Nord, miercuri 11 iunie au \u00eenceput\u00a0 s\u0103 soseasc\u0103\u00a0 yachturile cu vele din Bulgaria \u015fi din alte porturi rom\u00e2ne\u015fti. Multe dintre ele veneau de la alte competi\u0163ii \u015fi din porturi mai \u00eendep\u0103rtate dec\u00e2t Balchik sau Varna. La scurgerea timpului acordat \u00eenscrierilor, la secretariatul\u00a0 competi\u0163iei\u00a0 am putut contabiliza 43 de b\u0103rci cu pavilioane diverse: german, italian, bulgar,britanic \u015fi rom\u00e2n. Printre at\u00e2tea b\u0103rci, nota exotic\u0103 a dat-o \u201cCorsarul\u201d lui Matei Stanei, un oldtimer din lemn cu dou\u0103 catarge, bine \u00eentre\u0163inut \u015fi cochet, cu vele bune \u015fi un echipaj de iubitori de yachting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1404.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1404-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1404\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" data-wp-pid=\"7700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Despre na\u015fterea acestei regate, unul dintre \u201cmentori\u201d, prof. Dan Mih\u0103escu, a descris travaliul \u00eentr-un articol publicat \u00een \u201cMagazin Nautic\u201d. Marina Eforie Nord, loc predestinat unor astfel de competi\u0163ii a g\u0103zduit \u00een acvatoriul \u015fi anexele special aranjate, partea din competi\u0163ia din Rom\u00e2nia. Nu pot trece mai departe f\u0103r\u0103 a men\u0163iona eforturile lui Bogdan Gr\u0103dinaru \u015fi ale Magdei Ion pentru ca Marina Eforie Nord s\u0103 fie f\u0103r\u0103 cusur la ora ceremoniei de deschidere, onorat\u0103 de prezen\u0163a ministrului Tineretului \u015fi Sportului, marea campioan\u0103 Gabriela Szabo, pre\u0219edintele \u00a0Federa\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne de Yachting, Robert Penciu, oficialit\u0103\u0163i locale, rom\u00e2ni, bulgari \u015fi ziari\u015fti, \u015fase televiziuni locale \u015fi na\u0163ionale (TV DiGI 24 HD, partener media), Agen\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 de Pres\u0103 AGERPRES \u2013 partener media, deasemenea. Nu prea am \u00een\u0163eles ce rol a avut domnul Lucian M\u00e2ndru\u0163\u0103 la festivitatea de deschidere a regatei, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 domnia sa trebuia s\u0103 fie \u00een r\u00e2ndul concuren\u0163ilor, nefiind men\u0163ionat printre cei patru organizatori. F\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103 c\u0103 \u015fi\u00a0 num\u0103rul mare de competitori, din echipajele velierelor, participante peste200 devei\u015fti, a dat greutate competi\u0163iei. Iulia Fulicea proprietara \u015fi skipperul\u00a0 yachtului Simina, fiind gravid\u0103 cu abdomenul vizibil crescut, nu a vrut s\u0103 rateze aceast\u0103 competi\u0163ie. Primele dou\u0103 regate au avut loc \u00een rada Eforiei, cu un v\u00e2nt de S-SE, puterea\u00a0 1 Bft. Startul a fost dat cu un semnal sonor anemic de fluier, la ora men\u0163ionat\u0103 \u00een intructiunile de cursa, cu amendamentul\u00a0 lungimii traseului \u00een func\u0163ie de viteza v\u00e2ntului. \u00cen anumite \u0163\u0103ri, la cursele mari, se folose\u015fte pentru start un tun de mic calibru sau chiar o arm\u0103 de v\u00e2n\u0103toare. Oricum semnalul vizual primeaz\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163\u0103 semnalului sonor av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere diferen\u0163a de vitez\u0103 de propagare. Prognoza era de v\u00e2nt slab, ne\u00eencurajatoare pentru organizatori, dar totu\u015fi regatele sau desf\u0103\u015furat onorabil. Pentru privitorii de la\u00a0 mal a fost un evantai pl\u0103cut alc\u0103tuit din culorile spinakerelor \u015fi al velelor.\u00a0 Ar fi fost nepl\u0103cut s\u0103 nu fie v\u00e2nt. At\u00e2tea b\u0103rci, oameni \u015fi bani cheltui\u0163i, f\u0103r\u0103 \u201cpropulsorul\u201d necesar\u00a0 velierelor. Nici nu vreau s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc, dar se poate \u00eent\u00e2mpla.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/dstoenciu-7495.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/dstoenciu-7495-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"dstoenciu-7495\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-wp-pid=\"7702\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Regata a treia, offshore pe distan\u0163\u0103\u00a0 Eforie-Balchik, a pus la \u00eencercare skipperii \u015fi echipajele. La travers de \u015eabla v\u00e2ntul a \u201cc\u0103zut\u201d (\u00een limbaj profan, s-a oprit) \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u0103 plou\u0103 cu averse. Deci f\u0103r\u0103 propulsie \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 vizibilitate, p\u00e2n\u0103 la capul Kaliakra a fost un chin. Apoi v\u00e2nt slab dela sud, naviga\u0163ie cu vitez\u0103 mic\u0103 \u015fi \u00een volte. De la Cap Kaliakra la Balchik mai este \u015fi un curent cam la jum\u0103tate de mil\u0103 de mal. \u00cen conditiil de \u00eentuneric\u00a0 \u015fi ploaie singurele ajutoare au fost chartplotterele sau alte instrumente cu GPS sau radare. B\u0103rcile din Clasa Racer, datorit\u0103 vitezei mult superioare celor din Clasa Cruiser sau Rally au putut sosi \u00een timpul limita dat de instruc\u0163iuni. La Clasa Cruiser o mul\u0163ime nu sau \u00eencadrat \u00een timpul limita \u00eencas\u00e2nd \u00een clasament DNF(did not finished). Unii au intrat \u00een Portul Balchik \u00een zorii zilei. \u00centr-un\u00a0 cuv\u00e2nt a fost o regat\u0103 destul de dur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/155_4093.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/155_4093-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"155_4093\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-wp-pid=\"7703\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1506.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1506-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1506\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" data-wp-pid=\"7701\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Au urmat alte dou\u0103 regate \u00een rada Portului Balchik, unde Neptun (zeul m\u0103rilor) a avut \u00een grij\u0103 regata \u015fi concuren\u0163ii\u00a0 au avut parte de v\u00e2nt, pu\u0163in mai slab dec\u00e2t \u00een rada Eforie, dar comitetul de curs\u0103 a putut da startul. Aici sau mai ad\u0103ugat c\u00e2teva veliere bulg\u0103re\u015fti care nu au putut veni la Eforie. Dealtfel ei au venit \u00een concurs, ca \u015fi echipajul de pe Petra, direct dela o regata mare, de la\u00a0Istanbul.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/dstoenciu-74611.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.magazin-nautic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/dstoenciu-74611-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"dstoenciu-7461\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-wp-pid=\"7705\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ca \u00eencheiere, trebuie s\u0103 men\u0163ionez eforturile de mediatizare ale Clubului Nautic Rom\u00e2n, Agerspres, Mediafax \u015fi \u00a0DIGi 24. Au transmis de la\u00a0 regata, din Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi din Bulgaria : Pro TV, Antena 1, Digi 24 TV, Neptun TV \u015fi Litoral TV. Ziari\u015ftii \u015fi echipele de televiziune au avut la dispozi\u0163ie \u00a0prin\u00a0 grija Black Sea Sailing o \u015falup\u0103 mare \u015fi puternic\u0103 pe toat\u0103 perioada competi\u0163iei \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi Bulgaria.C\u00e2te minute au fost difuzate de la regate, este o alt\u0103 poveste, bine \u015fi a\u015fa, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 mul\u0163imea telespectatorilor este interesat\u0103 de fotbal, unde finalitatea este simpl\u0103, mingea intr\u0103 \u00een plasa por\u0163ii \u015fi este mare fericire. Exprim p\u0103rerea c\u0103 ora\u015ful Constan\u0163a ar putea avea ambarca\u0163iuni \u015fi echipaje care s\u0103-l\u00a0 reprezinte \u00een astfel de competi\u0163ii, ne\u00eendr\u0103znind s\u0103 pomenesc de Marina Militar\u0103 Rom\u00e2n\u0103 (care are barc\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>Comitetul de cursa mixt, format din bulgari \u015fi rom\u00e2ni, a lucrat \u00eentr-o concordie perfect\u0103.
