{"id":119,"date":"2012-03-17T19:22:01","date_gmt":"2012-03-17T19:22:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nauticatv.ro\/site\/?p=119"},"modified":"2016-04-14T09:54:24","modified_gmt":"2016-04-14T09:54:24","slug":"navrom-o-flota-pierduta-in-furtuna-tranzitiei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nauticatv.ro\/?p=119","title":{"rendered":"NAVROM \u2013 O flot\u0103 pierdut\u0103 \u00een furtuna tranzi\u0163iei"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>de Dan Mih\u0103escu<\/pre>\n<p>Pornind de la cor\u0103biile medievale, p\u00e2nzarele Despotatului Dobrogei, \u0162\u0103rii Rom\u00e2ne\u015fti \u015fi Moldovei, ce dispar odat\u0103 cu cucerirea litoralului rom\u00e2nesc de c\u0103tre Imperiul Otoman, Flota comercial\u0103 maritim\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei a cuprins vasele maritime \u015fi fluviale care, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul 1859, au arborat pavilionul rom\u00e2nesc \u00een locul celui turcesc.<br \/>\nDup\u0103 aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, navele Principatelor Unite, cu porturi de baz\u0103 la Gala\u0163i \u015fi Br\u0103ila \u00eencep s\u0103 deserveasc\u0103 \u00een special linia Gala\u0163i-Constantinopol.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 1878 (anul revenirii Dobrogei la Rom\u00e2nia) apare primul embrion al viitoarei flote comerciale rom\u00e2ne, prin \u00eenfiin\u0163area Serviciului Maritim Rom\u00e2n (cu sediul central la Bucure\u015fti \u015fi baza operativ\u0103 la Constan\u0163a). G\u00e2ndit de domnitorul Alexandru Ioan Cuza, care n-a mai apucat s\u0103-\u015fi pun\u0103 \u00een practic\u0103 ini\u0163iativa, \u00een 1895, se \u00eenfiin\u0163eaz\u0103 Serviciul Maritim Rom\u00e2n (SMR), pe baza unui decret al Regelui Carol I, datat 7 iunie 1888. Pentru func\u0163ionarea SMR au fost achizitionate navele \u201cMeteor\u201d \u015fi \u201cMedeea\u201d. \u00cen acela\u015fi timp, \u00eenc\u0103 din 1872, la Gala\u0163i se \u00eenfiin\u0163ase deja \u015ecoala Flotilei, pentru preg\u0103tirea ofi\u0163erilor de marin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ulterior, \u00een anul 1909, la Constan\u0163a, se \u00eenfiin\u0163eaz\u0103 \u015ecoala Naval\u0103 Superioar\u0103. La acea vreme, Serviciul Maritim Rom\u00e2n avea deja \u00een exploatare, pacheboturi, cargouri \u015fi alte vase, la care se ad\u0103ugau navele unor companii private.<br \/>\nServiciul Maritim Rom\u00e2n a fost desfiin\u0163at la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul celui de-al doilea r\u0103zboi mondial, dup\u0103 ce URSS confisc\u0103 cele 16 vase de linie ale Rom\u00e2nie. Din acel moment SNR este substituit prin \u201eSovromtransport,\u201do \u00eentreprindere sovieto-rom\u00e2n\u0103, care prime\u015fte \u00een exploatare doar dou\u0103 dintre navele confiscate: pachebotul \u201eTransilvania\u201d \u015fi vaporul mixt \u201eArdeal\u201d. \u00cen anul 1954, compania \u201eSovromtransport\u201d este integrat\u0103 \u00een noua companie \u201eNavrom\u201d, \u00eenfiin\u0163at\u0103 prin HCM 368, sub controlul exclusiv al statului rom\u00e2n.<br \/>\nP\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1990, anul diviz\u0103rii NAVROM Constan\u0163a \u00een trei companii de stat (Navrom, Romline \u015fi Petromin) flota maritim\u0103 ajunsese s\u0103 de\u0163in\u0103 288 de nave comerciale cu un deplasament total de 5. 613. 429 tdw. Dup\u0103 1991, treptat, majoritatea acestor nave au fost administrate \u00een sistem privat.<\/p>\n<p>NAVROM<br \/>\nNAVROM a fost o companie de stat de naviga\u0163ie maritim\u0103 \u015fi fluvial\u0103, \u00eenfiin\u0163at\u0103 \u00een februarie 1955, care avea \u00een subordine toate navele rom\u00e2ne\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>La 10 ani de la \u00eenfiin\u0163are, compania a fost subordonat\u0103 Direc\u0163ia Naviga\u0163iei Marine (DNM), care la r\u00e2ndul ei se afla sub tutela Ministerului Transporturilor, prin Direc\u0163ia General\u0103 a Naviga\u0163iei Civile \u015fi Telecomunica\u0163iilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 1978 NAVROM se divizeaz\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 companii de stat de naviga\u0163ie: una care avea \u00een exploatare flota maritim\u0103, NAVROM &#8211; Constan\u0163a, iar cealalt\u0103 care avea \u00een subordine flota fluvial\u0103, NAVROM &#8211; Gala\u0163i.
