Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span>, este prima asocia\u0163ie sportiv\u0103 de profil din Rom\u00e2nia, dedicat\u0103 exclusiv sporturilor pe ap\u0103 (yachting, canotaj, caiac-kanoe, \u00eenot, polo pe ap\u0103, pescuit \u015fi cercet\u0103\u015fiei-maritime (see-scouts, etc.).\u00a0 \u00cenfiin\u0163at \u00een anul 1908, la Constan\u0163a, Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span> a avut \u015fansa s\u0103 fie invitat \u015fi s\u0103 participe, \u00een calitate de membru fondator, pe 1\/14 decembrie 1912, la Bucure\u015fti, la \u015eedin\u0163a de constituire a Federa\u0163iei Societ\u0103\u0163ilor Sportive din Rom\u00e2nia (FSSR), prima organiza\u0163ie sportiv\u0103 cu caracter na\u0163ional care a reunit sub o singur\u0103 autoritate organizatoric\u0103, reprezentativ\u0103, administrativ\u0103 \u015fi concep\u0163ional\u0103, entit\u0103\u0163ile sportive active existente. Primul organ central reprezentativ al sportului rom\u00e2nesc avea \u00een componen\u0163\u0103 o serie de comisii centrale: atletism, football-rugby, football asocia\u0163ie, lawn tenis (tenis de c\u00e2mp), scrima, ciclism, tir, sporturi de iarn\u0103, sporturi nautice, gimnastic\u0103, oin\u0103, comisia pentru propagand\u0103, comisia \u015fcolar\u0103, comisia pentru amenajarea terenurilor etc. Pre\u015fedinte al FSSR, a fost ales chiar \u00een \u015eedin\u0163a de Constituire, principele Ferdinand (din 28 sept. 1914\u00a0Regele Rom\u00e2niei). Al\u0103turi de cluburile \u015fi societ\u0103\u0163ile sportive constituente, ca membri fondatori persoane-fizice, figurau personalit\u0103\u0163i ilustre: George Valentin Bibescu, Ion C\u0103m\u0103r\u0103\u015fescu, Dimitrie Ionescu \u015fi generalul Constantin Coand\u0103. Secretar-general a fost desemnat Principele Carol. Emblema FSSR a fost stabilit\u0103 a fi un ecuson albastru ce avea \u00een mijloc un corb cu crucea \u00een cioc \u015fi culorile: albastru \u015fi negru.<\/p>\n

Dup\u0103 Primul R\u0103zboi Mondial, Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span> \u015fi-a \u00eencetat activitatea. Referin\u0163e au fost publicate \u00een num\u0103rul omagial din anul 1937 al revistei Marea Noastr\u0103<\/strong> (mai-iulie), \u00een volumul DOBROGEA 1878-2008 <\/strong>(Ed. Ex Ponto \u2013 2008), la capitolul Istoria sportului const\u0103n\u0163ean<\/strong>, sub semn\u0103tura publicistului Claudiu Val \u015fi a dr. Elena Fr\u00e2ncu, \u00een albumul Yacht Clubul Regal Rom\u00e2n \u2013 scurt\u0103 istorie<\/strong>, publicat de Carmen Ir\u00e9ne Atanasiu, la Editura Yacht Club Rom\u00e2n, \u00een anul 2010, precum \u015fi \u00een lucrarea istoriografic\u0103 PRESA MARINEI ROM\u00c2NE \u2013 dic\u0163ionar bibliografic<\/strong>, de comandor dr. Marian Mo\u015fneagu, ap\u0103rut\u0103 \u00een 2011 la Ed. Militar\u0103.<\/p>\n

Callatis, nr. 32, et. 3, \u015fi \u00een prezent de\u0163ine o baz\u0103 nautic de antrenament, competi\u0163ii \u015fi cantonamente, pentru yachting \u015fi canotaj, pe malul Lacului Techirghiol, \u00een ora\u015ful Techirghiol, pe str. Victor Climescu nr. 15, \u00een aproierea Sanatoriului Balnear.<\/p>\n

Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0are \u00een derulare un parteneriat activ cu Direc\u0163ia Jude\u0163ean\u0103 pentru Sport \u015fi Tineret – Constan\u0163a, Universitatea Maritim\u0103 Constan\u0163a \u015fi Colegiul Na\u0163ional Mihai Eminescu \u2013 Constan\u0163a, prin intermediul c\u0103ruia \u00een anul \u015fcolar 2011-2012 a fost lansat, \u00een cadrul colegiului, primul Curs op\u0163ional pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area sportului cu vele<\/strong>, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Modelul acestui curs op\u0163ional va fi extins \u015fi permanentizat \u00een localit\u0103\u0163ile limitrofe Bazei nautice de la Techirghiol \u015fi \u00een special \u00een re\u0163eua \u015fcolar\u0103 din ora\u015fele Techirghiol, Eforie \u015fi Constan\u0163a.<\/p>\n

Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u015fi-a acreditat \u00een vara anului 2011 primul curs de preg\u0103tire a conduc\u0103torilor de ambarca\u0163iuni de agrement din cadrul \u015ecolii de naviga\u0163ie,\u00a0 instruirea teoretic\u0103 \u015fi practic\u0103 urm\u00e2nd a se desf\u0103\u015fura \u00een Baza nautic\u0103 de la Techirghiol \u015fi \u00een cadrul institu\u0163iilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt cu care avem parteneriate active.<\/p>\n

Competi\u0163ii:<\/span><\/em><\/strong> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n <\/strong><\/span>este afiliat la Federa\u0163ia Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Yachting (FRY) \u015fi \u00een primul an de la \u00eenfiin\u0163are a organizat trei concursuri de veliere sportive, la clasele Optimist \u015fi Cadet, \u00een premier\u0103 absolut\u0103 pe luciul de ap\u0103 al lacului Techirghiol.<\/p>\n

\u00cencep\u00e2nd din sezonul 2011 <\/strong>Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong><\/span> organizeaz\u0103 competi\u0163ii de veliere sportive, cu participare interna\u0163ional\u0103, cuprinse \u00een Calendarul Federa\u0163iei Rom\u00e2ne de Yachting (FRY): \u00a0(27 \u2013 29 mai Regata Cupa Copilului, 12- 15 septembrie Regata Interna\u0163ional\u0103 Cupa Dobrogei \u015fi 2 \u2013 4 decembrie Regata Cupa Sf\u00e2ntul Nicolae). Regata Interna\u0163ional\u0103 CUPA DOBROGEI, este prima competi\u0163ie transfrontalier\u0103 de yachting, fiind organizat\u0103 \u00een parteneriat cu Morski Klub \u2013 Balchik, alternativ, la Techirghiol \u015fi la Balchik, trofeul interim (transmisibil) CUPA DOBROGEI, atribuit celei mai bune echipe de club, fiind disputat anual. \u00cen anul 2012,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201dRegata Sf\u00e2ntul Nicolae\u201d a devenit prima \u201ce-regat\u0103\u201d organizat\u0103 \u00een domeniul virtual, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, pe un simulator de naviga\u0163ie cu vele, de\u0163inut \u00een proprietate chiar de clubul organizator, concursul desf\u0103\u015fur\u00e2ndu-se la clasele Optimist, Laser 4.7 \u015fi Laser Radial.<\/p>\n

Proiecte:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00ee\u015fi propune, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, s\u0103 lanseze o campanie na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru popularizarea sportului cu vele, \u00een toate jude\u0163ele \u015fi regiunile \u0163\u0103rii, acolo unde exist\u0103 cursuri de ap\u0103, lacuri naturale sau acumul\u0103ri amenajate \u015fi unde condi\u0163iile geografice permit acest lucru. La Baza nautic\u0103 de pe Lacul Techirghiol organiz\u0103m cantonamente, competi\u0163ii \u015fi tabere tematice de var\u0103 pentru instruirea copiilor \u00een yachting, wind-surfing, kaiac-canoe \u015fi pescuit sportiv, \u00een spiritul cercet\u0103\u015fiei maritime (sea-scouts). Noi consider\u0103m c\u0103 o astfel de campanie de promovare a sportului cu vele \u015fi canotajului va da roade, pe termen mediu, at\u00e2t pe plan sportiv c\u00e2t \u015fi turistic.<\/p>\n

De asemenea, la Baza nautic\u0103 din Techirghiol, cre\u0103m condi\u0163iile necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor programe de incluziune social\u0103, prin sport, a persoanelor defavorizate \u015fi persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i fizice \u015fi handicap neuro-motor. Acest lucru va fi posibil printr-un parteneriat cu institu\u0163iile de asisten\u0163\u0103 social\u0103 \u015fi ocrotire, prin \u00eenfiin\u0163area \u015fcolii de naviga\u0163ie cu vele \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia copii \u015fi tinerii institu\u0163ionaliza\u0163i sau afla\u0163i \u00een ocrotirea institu\u0163iilor specializate, vor putea s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 etapele de preg\u0103tire practic\u0103, pe ap\u0103 \u015fi teoretic\u0103, astfel ca de la v\u00e2rsta de 16 ani s\u0103 poat\u0103 ob\u0163ine brevetul de skiper, pentru yachturile de croazier\u0103, un certificat profesional valabil \u00een toat\u0103 lumea. Cel de-al doilea program social vizeaz\u0103 crearea de facilit\u0103\u0163i speciale pentru persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i fizice \u015fi\/sau neuro-motorii, pentru practicarea sportului cu vele \u015fi recuperare fizic\u0103. Acest proiect va fi dezvoltat \u00een colaborare cu institu\u0163iile sanatoriale de recuperare, de pe litoralul rom\u00e2nesc al M\u0103rii Negre.<\/p>\n

History:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Romanian Nautical Club <\/strong><\/span>is the first specialized sport association in Romania exclusively dedicated to water sports (yachting,\u00a0 boating, kayaking &canoeing, swimming, water polo, fishing, Sea Scouting, etc.). Established at\u00a0 Constanta in 1908, the Romanian Nautical Club<\/span><\/strong> had the chance to be invited and to participate, as a founder member, in Bucharest, on December 1st<\/sup> \u2013 14th<\/sup> 1912, to the Constituting Meeting of the Federation of the Romanian Sport Societies (FSSR), the first national sport organization reunited under a unique organizational, representative, administrative and conceptual authority, the existing acting sports entities. The first central representative body of the Romanian sports was composed of a series of central commissions: athletics, football-rugby, association football, lawn tennis, fencing, bicycle riding, target shooting, winter sports, nautical sports, gymnastics, rounders-sport, the propaganda commission, the school commission, the commission for the field maintenance, etc. Prince Ferdinand was elected President of FSSR at the very Constituting Meeting (he was King of Romania after 28th<\/sup> September 1914). Beside the constituting sports clubs and societies, other illustrious personalities participated as natural persons-founding members: George Valentin Bibescu, Ion Camarasescu, Dimitrie Ionescu and General Constantin Coanda. Prince carol was appointed Secretary General. The emblem of FSSR was settled to be a blue badge \u00a0having a central raven holding a cross in its beak and its colours were blue and black.<\/p>\n

After World War I, the Romanian Nautical Club<\/span><\/strong> seized its activity. References were published in the issue of homage of 1937 of the Marea Nostr\u0103<\/em><\/strong> magazine<\/em> (Our Sea)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 (May-July) in the DOBROGEA 1878-2008<\/em><\/strong> volume, ed. Ex Ponto, 2008, in the chapter The History of Sports in Constanta<\/em><\/strong>, signed by journalist Claudiu Val and Dr. Elena Fr\u00e2ncu, in The Romanian Royal Yacht Club \u2013 a brief history – <\/em><\/strong>album, published by Carmen Irene Atanasiu, in 2010, ed. Yacht Club Rom\u00e2n, as well as in the historiography work THE PRESS OF THE ROMANIAN NAVY- a bibliographical dictionary, <\/em><\/strong>by Colonel Dr. Marian Mosneagu, issued in 2011 by ed. Militara.<\/p>\n

Currently:\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Re-established by sentence no. 7879\/212\/2010 of the Court of Constanta, at the proposal of some passionate sports fans, the<\/strong> Romanian Nautical Club<\/strong><\/span> has its headquarters \u00a0<\/em>in Constanta, 32 Callatis Street, 3rd<\/sup> floor, and it owns at present a sports base for training, competitions, and training camp \u00a0<\/em>for yachting and boating on the bank of Lake Techirghiol, in the town of Techirghiol at 15 Dr. Victor Climescu Street, close to the balneary sanatorium.<\/p>\n

The<\/span> Romanian Nautical Club<\/span><\/strong> has presently an active partnership with the Sport and Youth Departament of Constanta County, the Maritime University of Constanta, the National College Mihai Eminescu \u2013 Constanta, by means of which the first Optional course of learning the sailing sport<\/strong> was launched in Romania within the college in the 2011-2012 school year. The model of this optional course will be extended and made permanent in the localities neighbouring\u00a0 the Techirghiol Nautical base and especially in the school network of the Techirghiol town.<\/p>\n

The Romanian Nautical Club <\/strong><\/span>accredited in the summer of 2011 its first training course four leisure ships steering within the School of Sailing, the theoretical and practical instruction are going to be carried out in the nautical base of Techirghiol and in the education institutions with which we have active partnerships.<\/p>\n

Competitions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Romanian Nautical Club <\/strong><\/span>is affiliated to the Romanian Sailing Federation (FRY) and in the first year since its setting has organized three sailing regattas, at classes Optimist, and Cadet, in an absolute premiere, on the waters of lake Techirghiol.<\/p>\n

Since the 2011 season, the Romanian Nautical Club <\/span><\/strong>has been organizing sailing regattas with international participation, included in the calendar of the Romanian Sailing Federation (FRY): (May 27th<\/sup>– 29th<\/sup> the Child\u2019s Cup Regatta, September 12th<\/sup> \u2013 15th<\/sup> the International Regatta – Dobrogea Cup, and December 2nd<\/sup> \u2013 4th<\/sup> the Saint Nicholas Cup Regatta). The DOBROGEA CUP International Regatta is the first across border yachting competition, being organized in a partnership with Morski Klub \u2013 Balchik, the interim (transmittable) DOBROGEA TROPHY being annually at stake. In 2012, the \u201cSaint Nicholas Cup Regatta\u201d became the first virtual regatta (e-regatta) organized in Romania on a sailing simulator, owned by the organizing club, the contest taking place at sailing classes: Optimist, Laser 4.7 and Radial Laser.<\/p>\n

Projects:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Romanian Nautical Club<\/strong><\/span> proposes especially to launch a national campaign for popularizing the sailing sport, in all the counties and regions of the country, where there are water courses, natural lakes or man-made water accumulations and where the geographic conditions allow for it. We will organize theme summer camps for Sea Scouts at the sport base on Lake Techirghiol, for teaching children yachting, wind surfing, kayak-canoe and sport fishing. We consider that such a campaign for promoting sail sports will be fruitful on a medium term, both in the sportive and in the artistic field.<\/p>\n

Also, at the Nautical base in Techirghiol, we will provide the necessary conditions for developing some programs of social inclusion by means of sport for the disadvantaged persons and of the persons with physical disabilities and neural-motor handicaps. This will be made possible by a partnership with the social assistance and care institutions, by setting up the sailing school with which the institutionalized children and youth or the children and youth under care of specialized institutions will be able to take all the steps of practical, on water, and theoretical training, so that at the age of 16 they should be able to get the skipper license, for cruise yachts, a professional certificate accredited all over the world. The second social program envisages the creation of special facilities for the persons with physical or\/and neural-motor disabilities, for practicing the sailing sport and for physical recovery. This project will be developed in co-operation with the balneary-recovery sanatorium institutions, on the Romanian Black Sea coast.<\/p>\n

Promotion:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Romanian Nautical Club <\/strong><\/span>(www.clubulnauticroman.ro<\/a>) promotes the nautical culture and a life style specific for the fans of the aquatic medium and of the water sports by means of a multimedia platform consisting in the on-line magazine\u00a0 MAGAZIN NAUTIC<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 (NAUTICAL\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>MAGAZINE) <\/strong><\/span>(www.magazin-nautic.ro<\/a>) and the web-TV site \u00a0NAUTICA TV <\/strong>(www.nauticatv.ro<\/a> ).<\/p>\n

In February 2011, the Romanian Nautical Club <\/span><\/strong>received the accreditation at The Romanian Parliament from the Chamber of Deputies and since that time collaborates in specialized legislative matters, with the parliamentary commissions: ECONOMIC PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, BUDGET, WORK, HEALTH, EDUCATION, CULTURE and LAW.<\/p>\n

The founder-president of the Romanian Nautical Club <\/span><\/strong>is journalist DAN MIH\u0102ESCU, the executive-manager is ANDREEA MIH\u0102ESCU, and the main-coach and coordinator of the Sailing School is the college-teacher STELIAN MARINESCU.<\/p>\n

Romanya Denizcilik Kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong><\/span> (Clubul Nautic Rom\u00e2n)<\/strong>, su sporlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik (yat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, k\u00fcrek, kayak-kano, y\u00fczme, su topu, bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, deniz izcili\u011fi – sea-scouts, vs.) ilk spor derne\u011fidir. 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u00f6stence\u2019de kurulmu\u015f olan Romanya Denizcilik Kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong><\/strong><\/span> 1\/14 Aral\u0131k 1912 tarihlerinde B\u00fckre\u015f\u2019te d\u00fczenlenen Romanya Spor Dernekleri Federasyonu (FSSR)\u2019nun kurulu\u015f toplant\u0131s\u0131na davet edilme \u015ferefine nail olmu\u015f ve kurucu \u00fcye olarak kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. FSSR varolan t\u00fcm aktif spor kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131, temsil, idare ve fikir a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplayan ilk ulusal kurulu\u015f olmu\u015ftur. Romen sporunun ilk merkezi temsil organ\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli merkezi komisyonlardan olu\u015fmu\u015ftur: atletizm, futbol-rugby, futbol, tenis, eskrim, bisiklet\u00e7ilik, at\u0131\u015f, k\u0131\u015f sporlar\u0131, su sporlar\u0131, cimnastik, oin\u0103, propaganda komisyonu, e\u011fitim komisyonu, arsalar\u0131 d\u00fczenleme komisyonu vs. Kurulu\u015f toplant\u0131s\u0131nda FSSR Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Prens Ferdinand (28 Eyl\u00fcl 1914 tarihinden itibaren Romanya Kral\u0131 olmu\u015ftur) se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. FSSR\u2019y\u0131 olu\u015fturan kul\u00fcp ve spor dernekleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6zel ki\u015fi olan me\u015fhur kurucu \u00fcyeler de vard\u0131: George Valentin Bibescu, Ion C\u0103m\u0103r\u0103\u015fescu, Dimitrie Ionescu ve General Constantin Coand\u0103. 2011 sezonundan itibaren Romanya Denizcilik Kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/strong>, <\/strong>Romanya Yat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k Federasyonu (FRY) takviminde de yeralan uluslararas\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131m olan <\/strong>yelkenli tekne yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektedir: 27 \u2013 29 May\u0131s \u00c7ocuk Kupas\u0131 Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 (Regata Cupa Copilului), 12- 15 Eyl\u00fcl Dobruca Kupas\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 Yar\u0131\u015fma (Regata Interna\u0163ional\u0103 Cupa Dobrogei), 2 \u2013 4 Aral\u0131k \u201eAziz Nikolaos\u201d Kupas\u0131 Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 (Regata Cupa Sf\u00e2ntul Nicolae). CUPA DOBROGE\u0130 (Dobruca Kupas\u0131) adl\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fma Morski Klub-Bal\u00e7ik ile ortakla\u015fa, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc olarak Tekirg\u00f6l ve Bal\u00e7ik\u2019te d\u00fczenlenen ilk s\u0131n\u0131r\u00f6tesi yat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k yar\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Dobruca Kupas\u0131 adl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcl her y\u0131l en iyi kul\u00fcp tak\u0131m\u0131na verilmektedir. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sf\u00e2ntul Nicolae Kupas\u0131 (\u201dRegata Sf\u00e2ntul Nicolae\u201d) Romanya\u2019da sanal alemde, organizat\u00f6r kul\u00fcbe ait yelkenli sim\u00fclat\u00f6rde d\u00fczenlenen ilk \u201ee-yar\u0131\u015fma\u201d olmu\u015ftur. Romanya Denizcilik Kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/strong><\/strong><\/span> \u00f6ncelikle yelkenli sporlar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 maksad\u0131yla Romanya\u2019n\u0131n su, do\u011fal g\u00f6l veya yapay g\u00f6lleri olan t\u00fcm vilayet ve b\u00f6lgelerinde bir kampanya ba\u015flatmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Techighiol G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019ndeki tesislerde e\u011fitimler, yar\u0131\u015fmalar ve konu ile ilgili yaz kamplar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmektedir; \u00e7ocuklara izcilik (sea-scouts) y\u00f6ntemleriyle yat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, wind-surfing, kano ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretilmektedir. Yelkenli sporlar\u0131 ve kanoyu tan\u0131tan b\u00f6yle bir kampanyan\u0131n orta vadede hem spor hem de turistik alanda sonu\u00e7 verece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n

Techirghiol Denizcilik Tesislerinde maddi durumlar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 veya engelli \u015fah\u0131slara y\u00f6nelik spora dayal\u0131 e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmektedir. Sosyal destek kurumlar\u0131 ile ortakl\u0131k kurulmas\u0131 durumunda sosyal destek kurumlar\u0131nca desteklenen \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7ler gerekli teorik ve pratik e\u011fitimi alarak, 16 ya\u015f\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada kabul edilen skiper ruhsat\u0131n\u0131 alabileceklerdir. \u0130kinci sosyal program, fiziksel ve\/veya n\u00f6romotor engelli \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n yelkenli sporlar\u0131la u\u011fra\u015fmak ve fizik tedavi almalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel imkanlar yaratmay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. Bu proje Karadeniz\u2019in Romen sahillerindeki tedavi merkezleriyle birlikte geli\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n
